  • I will eat Breakfast.

    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.



    Here are some advantages to eating breakfast:

    • studies have shown that breakfast eaters tend to weigh less than breakfast skippers
    • improved concentration in your daily tasks
    • lower cholesterol
    • more strength throughout the day
    And that's only a few of the benefits.  Breakfast is an important meal and I will stop skipping it.
